I did the face-to-face course with Karlinha @bebedorminhoco, and again online to remember! I had read a lot and prepared myself, but the advice I received before my twins were born was fundamental! At 2 and a half months, they would only wake up once a night to nurse! Today, they are 6 months old, and since they were 3 months old they sleep from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m.! I strongly recommend the course and the advice! Beyond this, Karla is a lovely person! I believe that motherhood can be light even for the mother of twins, but for this you need to seek preparation and information with trained professionals!
